Bridge of Connection and Astrology Forecast November 27-December 3.

By Leo Knighton Tallarico

We come to the end of the 4th quarter lunar phase this week.   That lunar cycle began at the New Moon in Scorpio on October 30.  This passing lunar cycle included the deep realities that Scorpio represents; the mystery of Samhain; and the very intense election for President of the USA.

We finish that lunar cycle on November 29  as we experience a New Moon in Sagittarius at 7:18 AM EST that day.

Time to at least begin to let go of processing our deep hurts from what occurred this past lunar month.

Scorpio takes one to reality- deeper core reality.   It brings out secrets and hidden agendas. It is sign of transformation, ruled by planet Pluto, god of the underworld.  As such, it helps one to let go, release, and let die; while then assisting in having a sense of rebirth or renewal.

And Sagittarius is the perfect sign for rising in renewal.

This New Moon in Sagittarius on November 29 is meant to be a trigger to start again to have new beginnings.

Sagittarius is a sign of inspiration and taking the high road.  It helps one to find answers or meaning.  It is intuitive and free spirited by nature, and likes to take adventures.

This Sagittarius New Moon is squared by Neptune, so there may be more confusion than with the usual Sagittarius New Moon.

Neptune will also help with the process of surrending and letting go.  This is a time to let go of set agendas and to trust the process, not focus on the bottom line or end result.

Taking the high road instead of expressing our more negative instincts is best now with Sagittarius.

If one makes intention for what is best for all concerned, even if one’s ego disagrees, then one is aligned with the higher realms of the Universe.

Sagittarius is also about feeling joy and upliftment, so do what brings you joy and inspiration now.

Holidays, if they are celebrated in true heart joy, connects with Sagittarius.

If instead holidays are about stress, rushing around, and having resentments; then it is not aligned with Sagittarius.

So make a concerted effort at this time of year to raise your vibration to a higher octave.

Spiritual practices will be rewarded at this time of year also.

So it is a good time after this New Moon in Sagitarius to get out of your funk and go back to seeing everything that is happening from a bigger picture of meaning, of everything happening for a reason.

Chiron in Pisces changes direction from retrograde to Direct on Thursday December 1.

Chiron represents a healing bridge from one extreme to another.  So now you may be split between one part of you that is hurt, angry, and feeling depressed; and another part of you that is seeing everything from a higher perspective.

Chiron can help you find a bridge between these extremes.  This bridge will serve you to find a healing inside, and may also help you to have empathy for those you could not previously understand.

This  presidential election has revealed a big split in the United States between two very different cultures.

There has been no bridge for many in understanding the other culture.  Arguably the last time there was such a huge split in America was when there was a Civil War between the North and South.

Now the split is between so called red and blue state cultures.  It is possible there will be riots in the streets and armed conflict if we do not try our best to find  middle ground and some semblance of unity as a nation.

Much of the world is going through a similar struggle as there is a greater emphasis now on Nationalism and keeping borders stronger against immigrants and migrants.

Trump’s wall is not much different from Brexit and Britain’s need to separate from the European Union while keeping out those who are migrating from other cultures.

Other European countries are going through similar struggles.

Can we not understand both sides of the issue?  It is understandable that some want to go back to their original identity, keep their culture pure, and to keep the jobs.

But it is also quite understandable to want to have greater empathy for others who are different, to help those in trouble, and to want to have more diversity in one’s country.

At the same time as we are raising our spirits with this New Moon in Sagittarius, we are experiencing darker days on the way to the Winter Solstice on December 21.

The march to Winter Solstice is not just about the physical darkening of our world day by day.  It is also about feeling deep soulful emotions,  sadness, loss, grief, and maybe even despair at times.

That may be difficult to reconcile with the high vibrations and positivity of the New Moon in Sagittarius.

So yes it is time to find a bridge of unity between opposite extremes of yin and yang, light and dark, male and female, human and divine.

And some of your best tools can be meditation and spiritual practices, nature and of course love in your heart combined with truth in your mind.

Finding bridges is also important with the issue of Standing Rock.

We need to find a healing bridge of connection to the native tribes who are feeling abused again.

Now around Thanksgiving especially, native tribes are reminded that Europeans from the beginning denied them the land they lived on and the natural resources they needed.

And now with the building of the oil pipeline, they show little empathy for the plight and needs of the tribes.  And environmentalists are also angy with the pipeline as they believe it will damage the environment.

This could all be worked out by building a bridge of dialogue and truly considering the needs of tribes and environmentalists, as they try to understand the needs of those in power.

Do not the natives who live on that land deserve a voice on how the land they live on and the water they need is used?  Do not environmentalists deserve a voice on how decisions made now will affect future generations?

With the way Native Americans were treated when Europeans first came to their land, building that Chiron Bridge of empathy and understanding now can create a very deep healing between the tribes and those who have held and abused their power.

Till next week,

Leo

Standing up for our Values and Astrology Forecast November 20-26.

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , , , , , , , , , on November 19, 2016 by spiritualtherapy

By Leo Knighton Tallarico

I have spoken with many individuals who have become very frightened since Donald Trump was elected President of the USA.

They are afraid that all the breakthroughs in rights for minorities and women that have opened up over the last several years will be closed up again.

They are afraid of bigotry and hatred spreading like wildfire through all our lives.

They are afraid that we will become a more fascistic nation, one run by a “strongman dictator” type person.

They are afraid that the values that keep this country’s soul alive are in danger of dying.

It is very understandable that people would be feeling this now because of what came out during the election process.   In fairness, some of what came out is true and some of what came out was exaggerated and demonized, as was Donald Trump.

Nevertheless we can expect the tone of governing created during the Obama years to be drastically changed now.  Grace, thoughtfulness, and fairness will almost certainly be in much shorter supply during the Trump years.

The pendulum is swinging back to a place it was in during the Bush years, Reagan years, and Nixon years.

But something is very different this time.  On the surface it looks and feels worse than the other more conservative years, but in the bigger picture, for the long term it must be what is needed.

We are closer now to the Age of Aquarius, no matter how it feels and looks right now.

As we submitted last week, the Nixon years felt at first like the end of the revolution and the stoppage of our evolution of consciousness; but it turned out to be a huge stimulus for greater than ever transformational change.

And now the fire is coming back in people’s eyes, and as an example a “Million Woman March” is scheduled for Inauguration Day to counteract the exposure of denigration towards women uncovered during the Election Process.

But the Cosby revelations already gave us a heads up that the issue of women’s rights and empowerment was needing a spotlight for our collective human family.

To get an even bigger picture let’s look at the Uranus/Pluto square that has been activated 2011-2016.

That time period has shown us what still needs to be cleaned up, healed, and transformed.

During that time we have woken up to the need to again facing issues of:  rights for African Americans and LGBT people; Russian and Chinese growing empowerment in the world; the rise of Islamic State and the fear of Islam; women’s rights; repairing the economy to work for all; nationalism vs. globalism; and a needed vision for our human family and Earth going forward.

And now at the end of this year 2016 we have truly entered an all new Chapter of Human Life on the road to the Age of Aquarius.

But these next 4-6 transitional years will be extremely intense and sometimes will look quite dark.

This new Trump regime is different than the other pendulum shifts to conservative.

That is because one of the firmly stated goals of the Trump/Bannon paradigm is to break down the old world of both Republican and Democrat parties, not just Democrats.

And as we have written many times, a breakdown of the old world is exactly what is needed for our transition into the Age of Aquarius.

And as we have stated it will look like a rather ugly process at times.

But we do need to clear our world of control by the Military/Industrial/Corporate complex.

And that breakdown will be initiated by Trumpian forces that are diammetrically opposed to what so many believe in.

So as a result, just like the “Million Woman March” in January, we all need to find our voice and empowerment, honor our deeper values, and speak up for what we believe in.

We the human family will be creating what this Age of Aquarius will be.

Right now nationalism, seen in the British Brexit leaving the Europen Union; Trump winning; Marine le Pen’s growing strength in Paris;  the Netanyahu coalition in Israel; and Putin’s Russia are growing fast.

This means world conflict is just around the corner of our lives.   Economic transformation is inevitable.

And Diversity in Unity, the rebirth of Love and Truth, spiritual renaissance, and the healing of our Earth is what we intend and must fight for.

Sitting on the sidelines and being a victim to what has happened with the Trump victory will not create the change we need.

Each one of us must work to be the change we want to see in our world, as Ghandi stated.

If we are pulled into fear and hatred and demonizing, we go against the values we believe in that will transform our world into the Age of Aquarius we desire.

This new chapter of our lives brings us a renewed sense of purpose and shows us why we were born at this time in the evolution of the world and human family.

This coming week November 20-26 we move into the 4th quarter Moon phase of the lunar cycle that began at the Scorpio New Moon on October 30.

The election happened during this lunar cycle.  And now as we go through the last quarter Moon, we let the recent events settle in.  We reflect on what has happened and prepare for the next new moon in Sagittarius on November 29.

Speaking of Sagittarius, the Sun moves out of Scorpio and into Sagittarius this Monday November 21.

We can begin to raise our vibration and get more clear about the meaning of events and meaning for our life.

We can more easily let in inspiration and joy if we are open in our hearts to that.

This will get even stronger at the New Moon in Sagittarius on November 29.

So for now as we move into the last quarter Moon phase and Sun in Sagittarius this week, we celebrate Thanksgiving here in the USA.

It is time to feel gratitude for what we cherish in our lives, to be with people who we love in our hearts.

Till next week,

Leo

Aftermath, Bigger Picture and Astrology Forecast November 13-19

Posted in Uncategorized, Weekly WorldView and Astrology forecast with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on November 12, 2016 by spiritualtherapy

By Leo Knighton Tallarico

The Election in America has moved all of us into a New Era of our lives.   So many people I know are deeply upset by the results of that election.  Some of them are feeling deep despair and cannot believe the Universe has taken such (to them) a wrong turn on our path into a new age or new world.

They feel that the last 8 years of President Obama have opened the doors leading to the new age and they hoped that trajectory would continue with the new president. But in their minds it has not with the election of Donald Trump.

This blog has been attempting over the last several months to get us all ready for the Trump win, which in my mind was meant to be.  “You can’t always get what you want”…..but you get what you need.” But why him?

Let’s go back and look at our past and the astrological movements that have unfolded over recent times.

There are three transformational planets: Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.  They have been relatively recently discovered: 1781, 1846, 1930 respectively.

Their discoveries have coincided with our reaching the cusp of the Age of Aquarius.  They are meant to help each of us and our human collective to transform and evolve our consciousness and lives aligned with this new age.

When any two of those three make an aspect with one another it brings a great wave  of transformation, revolution and evolution.

As an example when Uranus made conjunction with Neptune in 1992-1994 the computer and internet revolution began to sweep through our lives. It is now a daily and integral part of all of our lives.

When Uranus made conjunction with Pluto in 1965-66, it brought on the ’60s and ’70s revolution which dramatically transformed all of our lives as it woke us up to what needed to change in our lives and world.

Back then people sought to end an unjust war in Viet Nam, bring civil rights to race relations and gender issues. Blacks and women were then oppressed in the chains that society had dominated them with.

A corrupt and insensitive USA government was revealed, there was a sexual revolution, there was a clamor for people to take back the world from leaders who took away their individual freedoms and voices.

Yet in the middle of this revolution Richard Nixon was elected to be president in 1968.    This brought such a devastated emotional response from the people, especially young people, who had been previously inspired to transform our country and world. Nixon represented a most restrictive and conservative blockage to the movement forward.

That election combined with the assassinations of Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy that  same year 1968, brought people to their knees in horror, fear and depression.

Nevertheless the revolution continued and before long the war ended and President Nixon resigned from his presidency in the mid ’70s.  Rights for women and African Americans were solidified at that time also. The world had been transformed.

Fast forward to 2011-2016.  Uranus and Pluto have been square to one another, the first major aspect between them since 1965-66 when they were conjunct.

Gays and Lesbians gained the right to marry during that time period.  Ferguson and other cities in the USA erupted in protest at the killings of black people by the police, bringing renewed awareness to racial issues that needed more justice and clearing.

The Islamic State was largely born out of the devastation from another unjust war in Iraq during that time.

Government and Corporate controls of our lives and freedoms were exposed more fully.  The anti Wall Street movement was then born.

Bernie Sanders then in 2015-16 also began his mission to fight the corporations and societal paradigm that separates the wealthy from the 99% who are not very wealthy on this Earth and in America.

The Arab Spring also brought more awareness of dictator control in the Middle East and North Africa.

And in 2016 the presidential election process brought more awareness to the reality of women’s continued fight to be empowered and even more liberated from old societal chains.

And now we have our Richard Nixon in the form of Donald Trump, our new USA president.

The revolution and its attendent motivation for our evolution will be stoked more than ever.

There is no stopping the train barreling toward the Age of Aquarius. No one person or president can derail our movement forward.  But we do need to bring aboard some of those who have not felt understood, who have lost jobs and lives in recent years. And those people voted for Trump.

And as before the young people are revved up to change this world.  And with the empathy and guidance from their elders we will together move forward into this New Age.

So please get up and take responsibility for how you will contribute to this movement.

This week November 13-19 brings a Full Moon in Scorpio/Taurus on Monday November 14 at 8:52 AM EST.

Some are calling it a Supermoon as it will be much closer, larger and brighter than usual. It has not been this big since January 1948. In USA it will be best seen on ight of November 13.

More important is the meaning of the Scorpio/Taurus Full Moon.

Like all Full Moons this one takes us to a sense of completion and resolution.

And as it is being formed by the Sun in Scorpio and Moon in Taurus, it shows us we are moving toward balancing our more deeply felt passions and emotions (Scorpio) with our sense of solidly and calm (Taurus).

In regards to the election there may be a tug of war inside you between deeply held emotions and passions on the one hand, and a calm centered acceptance on the other hand.

This Full Moon represents a turning point for our attitudes and should be felt from Saturday through Wednesday this coming week, with the most intensity closer to the exact date.

On Saturday November 19 Neptune will be shifting from Retrograde to Direct.  As it goes stationary and then Direct we experience its energy and meaning.

This coming week we will have the Neptunian energies of empathy, compassion, surrender, and escape getting stronger.

Escape may be seductive as a means to ignore reality now.  Empathy is a good trait now to better understand why some people voted the way they did.   For most people it was not about racism and sexism.

And Neptune helps us to surrender- which can help us to let go to a process bigger than we each are, and it can help us to better trust the Universe and its wisdom.

We are all in this together.

Till next week

Leo

USA Transformation and Astrology Forecast November 6-12

Posted in Uncategorized, Weekly WorldView and Astrology forecast with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , on November 5, 2016 by spiritualtherapy

By Leo Knighton Tallarico

This week brings us to a most powerful climax of an election process that has been so ugly and totally negative.

Our two main presidential candidates have spent little time showing how they would improve the country and its people’s lives.

Instead they have spent a vast majority of time ripping each other apart, and spreading information about one another that tends to demonize their opponent.

The United States is in a serious downturn in its process of transformation.

Over the last few years Uranus and Pluto have been making aspects to the USA natal Sun and Saturn.

In the USA natal chart from July 4 1776, they have the Sun in Cancer square to Saturn in Libra.  Uranus by transit has been squaring that Sun and opposing Saturn. Pluto has been opposing the Sun and squaring Saturn.

So deep and powerful transformation has been happening for the USA and its citizens.

The Sun in Cancer represents the liberal voice in America and the Saturn in Libra represents the conservative voice in America.

In the process of transforming those voices, we have been taken to the most negative and destructive aspect of those voices.

Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump show us what has happened to those values through the Democrat and Republican parties.

The “system” that has been created over the years has been corrupted and dominated by special interests, large government,  large corporations, and large military.

Interests that are not aligned with “of the people, by the people, and for the people” have taken over both parties.

And in the process each party has learned how to make enemy of the other party instead of working together for the betterment of the country and its people.

That is the bad news. The good news is that this very negative reality is part of the process of transformation.

We are not seeing much light at the end of the tunnel right now, but that will change through time as we move into the Age of Aquarius.

In the meantime it is incumbent on each one of us to transform within our own consciousness.

Stop demonizing what is different than what you are or what you believe in.

Transform the fear and find what is clear and true in your mind.  Transform the hatred and find the love and empathy in your heart.

Elections are not meant to be wars.  They are meant to be debates on what we want for our country and our lives.

Let go the wild west ideas of bad guys and good guys.   We all have dark and light inside us and how we work with that dicotomy is what is important.

Do we strive for what is best for each of us and for all of us?  Do we realize that “the other” is not wrong but has a different way of looking at things?

Conservatives by nature want to keep everything connected to tradition and how it has  been or used to be- in their minds.

Progressives by nature want to move toward new ways that are better- in their minds.

But since both those ways of being have been in the process of decay and ultimately transformation, they are no longer as pure or the same as they used to be in their expression.

The Green Party represents the more pure voice of progressive and liberal;  while the Libertarian Party more closely represents the more pure and traditional voice of Conservative.

But of course neither of them will win this election. We are faced with either Clinton or Trump.

Whoever wins the election (Clinton or Trump) will be giving us what we need at a deeper level no matter how it looks or plays out.

No matter who wins, we nevertheless need to release and clear the space from the old ways.  And we may need those old ways thrown into our faces before we can release them  and let go of them forever.

As we release, we will have the opening we need to embrace new ways that are healthier, more authentic and better for our world.

Go back to old times in your own life and remember how rough times in relationship or family or career came first before you could let go of negative and self defeating patterns.

Then what came next in your life was an improvement, and at the least a better fit for you.

The process of transformation can be so difficult and painful sometimes, but as one connects with the meaning and magic of the Universe and the authenticity of how we were each created, the light shines more brightly.

So do not let yourself get too down or too excited by the election results. Either way we have some great and difficult challenges ahead, as well as deeper connections to the Universe and our true Soul selves.

Don’t let the media’s paradigm cloud your ability to see for your self.  Don’t let the uniform of either party claim your mind and heart and take you away from the Truth and Love that is always accessible to you.

This week brings us to the 2nd quarter Moon in Aquarius on Monday November 7. An intense Sun in Scorpio sextile Pluto will erupt that day also.  Will be an intense time period.

On Election Day the Moon will shift at midday from Aquarius to Pisces  potentially bringing more fogginess and confusion later when voting or getting results.

Mars leaves rule oriented Capricorn and enters indidualistic Aquarius overnight from the 8th to the 9th of November. It will stay in Aquarius until it enters Pisces on December 18.

Mars in Aquarius can be a time to accept your differences and uniqueness, while finding people or groups you feel more aligned with.

As the Moon stays in Pisces on Wednesday the 9th and most of Thursday the 10th, you are best to let go, surrender and be open to deeper healing.  Quiet and meditation are best.

As the Moon goes into Aries on the 11th and 12th, it is time to get back up and get back more fully into life.

Venus leaves uplifted and adventuresome Sagittarius on November 11/12 as it then enters more grounded and stable Capricorn.  Venus represents our heart and its relationshp needs, so it is time to get more serious about relationship, more disciplined and real.  Venus stays in Capricorn until December 8 when it enters Aquarius.

When I next write my forecast we will finally be on the other side of the election.

Many people will then be more than ready to immerse themselves in holiday season.

We will meet again next week,

Leo
