Lunar Eclipse Full Moon on Winter Solstice and Forecast for December 19-25

by Leo Knighton Tallarico

The energy field is intensifying as we get closer and closer to the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on the Winter Solstice on Tuesday December 21.   Mercury is retrograde also now.  That combination can cause life to seem more out of control,  more difficult to make sense of.  It may be challenging sometimes now to find answers or solutions.  Problems may seem very big and seem like there is no easy way out.

Keep in mind that the aspects are very challenging now, and do not try too hard to find quick solutions.  Let the process unfold.  Realize that at times like this one’s mind cannot always find good answers easily.

Do not push the river. Let it flow naturally.   Let life unfold now, trusting that answers and direction will come in due time. If you believe life is meaningful, then know that whatever challenges you are facing during this time is happening for a reason.  You may not be able to know what that is yet, but in time you will.

It is also important now to know that some things that are ready to be let go- will be breaking down. Of course it is natural to try to fix what has broken down, and maybe it can be fixed.   Often, however, the breakdown is a sign that it is time to let something or someone go, that it is ready to be released, as you are ready to go forward with your life.

And of course the breakdowns are sometimes just breakdowns of old dyfunctional and toxic patterns of behavior that keep you from having a more healthy and satisfying life.  You do not necessarly need to let go of the friendship, for instance, but instead may need to change the patterns of behavior between you.

Breakthroughs also are quite common during these eclipse times, and one can be taken outside the usual boxes of perception.  The “light” can go on and you will be able to see your problems from a new angle, one that helps you to see the truth you have not previously seen.   Then once you gain this new awareness, you begin a path to changing an old pattern that has previously held you back.

The status quo of our lives is seeking to be changed. It is time to move on from “same-old, same-old”.   But usually it is so difficult to make changes as the familiar has such a tight hold on us. But at time like this, like this Lunar Eclipse at the Winter Solstice, the grip of the status quo is loosened and we are given the opportunity to move forward with change.

At the next eclipse on January 4, a Solar Eclipse New Moon in Capricorn, we will get  another boost forward.    And get used to these changing tides, as 2011 will bring us more and more change.

In the greater world, we have been alerting you in past writings that a big event(s) is coming our way during or soon after this eclipse season.  The WiliLeaks situation fits somewhat, but I believe something even more earth shaking will soon occur.

North and South Korea have been threatening each other very horrifically since a big conflict erupted between them in November. At that time, South Korea was doing a miitary exercise on Yeonpyeyong Island, which is an island that North Korea believes belongs to it, though western powers arbitrarily decided it belonged to South Korea after the Korean War ended in 1953.    Shots were fired and North Korea reacted by firing onto the island, killing 4 people including 2 civilians.  This has since caused much tension between the Koreas..

And to add to the tension and potentially make this a most explosive time for the Koreas and the world, South Korea has decided to do a one day military excercise on the island again between December 18-21.  North Korea, which owns nuclear weapons, has threatened to start a war if the exercise is carried out by South Korea. South Korea says it will not be stopped from doing the excercise.

The weather will likely stop the excercise from happening this weekend December 18 or 19, which means that of this writing it is remarkably scheduled for Monday December 20 or Tuesday December 21, the day of the Lunar Eclipse on the Winter Solstice, which is the darkest day of the year, appropriate to what is being threatened.

If hostilities do in fact erupt there, that would definitely be the big event that will change our world.  Dominoes would fall over the Earth as a result.

Keep in mind however that often issues and events intensify around eclipse times, and this eclipse combines with the winter solstice, making it even more potent. This eclipse will necessarily bring this issue and other ones to a climax, but at that climax it is possible that tensions will then alleviate. There is of course much diplomatic effort going on to stop this possible war at this time.

If this event does erupt into our lives, it will be the catalyst for worldwide change. Even if it does not erupt at this time, it will still cause big changes in our world, as taking things ot the brink often does.

It is like when two people in an intimate relationship threaten to hurt one another and to break up during a ferocious argument.    Taking the relationship to the brink like that will either cause the relationship to end, or will scare them enough of losing one another to make drastic changes.

Other big world events are also possible during this eclipse season or soon afterward.   We are in changing times, bigger than normal changing times,as we are changing paradigms and ages over the next few years.

Next weekend there will be no new Perspectives from the Sky Forecast. But the following week, in alignment with the New Year 2011 and prior to the Solar Eclipse on January 4, ther will be a new forecast.

Much love and many blessings during this holiday season

Take care,

Leo Knighton Tallarico

Wood you believe that one strategy that I find helpful in shifting my perspective and looking at things in a different light is to climb a tree. However, if you choose to embark up the bark, please remember to keep three limbs on the tree at all times. I’ve heard courtesy is the passport to safety.

“For he who reaches for the days riches will be lost
    In the whispering tide.
    Where the river flows . . .
    Tomorrow never knows.”

    Happy happy,
